At Squad of Geeks, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services. However, if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Website Design Services

  • If the design phase (concept and mockup) does not meet your expectations, you may request revisions. Refunds are not provided after final approval of the design concept, as work on development begins at that stage.
  • If significant dissatisfaction arises after the development process has begun (and before completion), we will attempt to resolve the issue through additional revisions. Refunds will only be considered if the project is canceled before development begins.

2. Website Development Services

  • Refund requests for development services will be reviewed based on the progress of the project. Refunds are not available once the development phase has started, as significant work and resources are dedicated.
  • If the project is canceled before development starts, customers will receive a refund of any advance payments made.
  • In case of issues with functionality or performance after the launch, we will work to resolve the issues through support. If we are unable to meet the original project goals after multiple revision attempts, partial refunds may be offered.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact us at contact@suqadofgeeks.online within 7 days of the service completion.
  • A thorough review of the service provided and any relevant documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.) will be conducted.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for any services where work has already been completed and delivered, including final designs, developed websites, and launched websites.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if there has been misuse of the service or violation of the terms of service.
